Description: Only 18 DAYS post-op from a Rhinoplasty and Facial Fat Grafting by Dr. Wang! This is extremely early in the healing process so the nose is still very swollen. Results will continue to improve as the swelling goes down. The patient’s cosmetic concerns were that she wanted to have a thinner dorsum (the broad area over the top of the bridge of the nose), a pointer and more defined tip and less nostril showing.
